As a summer associate, you will help strengthen our understanding of industry trends, competitive positioning, and strategic opportunities to drive our distribution strategy and priorities
As a Financial Business Analysis Summer Associate, you will perform one or more of the following tasks:
Support projects, including assessments of new strategic opportunities, across distribution, service, and investment management business areas.
Utilize business analytics to analyze industry data sources, perform trends analysis and market sizing, and derive segment and product insights across the asset management industry
Partner with cross-functional teams to incorporate relevant information, such as qualitative data, that influences modeling and forecasting assumptions.

You are a current student pursuing an Undergraduate, MBA or master's degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.
You have an anticipated Spring 2026 graduation date and a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
You have effective written and oral communication skills with team members and managers
You collaborate and work effectively as part of a team.
You demonstrate initiative by identifying issues and recommending solutions.
Prior experience with data modeling preferred
You have knowledge of a variety of programming languages, including SQL, SAS, SPSS and other 4GLs, and web tools for data mining
Hourly Rate: $40/hour Graduate level; $30.50 Undergraduate level
