In this role you will support the overall Marketing and Digital organization by enhancing the global employee engagement strategy, managing the governance and delivery of business cadence updates, and articulating content that aligns with regional teams.
Role Responsibilities
Enhance the employee engagement strategy for the department and be directly responsible for delivering that strategy.
Responsible for the governance and delivery of business updates including Weekly/Monthly Business Reviews, Annual Operating Planning, and other executive briefings.
Manage and communicate the process of collecting required information, confirming that all key aspects, questions, and follow-ups are clearly articulated/answered, and that content is aligned across teams and delivered on time.
Gain a clear understanding of different audience’s perspectives, provide strong leadership engagement, and present exceptional writing skills (PowerPoint) capable of amplifying the CMO voice and vision.
Serve a global team and aim to engage the company’s employee base with a clear articulation of the departmental work achievements using KPIs related to the employee engagement strategy.
Maintain a high level of organization, a deep understanding of the business, and ability to sequence work, build summaries, and draw logical conclusions.
Role Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar discipline. An MBA degree is highly desired. Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
5+ years of progressive experience managing projects in a complex global financial services organization.
Substantive understanding of project management methodologies applied to managing marketing and business planning content.
Experience expediting processes for a CMO, while working hands-on with multiple content, communication, and reporting projects.
Ability to create change through influence, foster teamwork, orchestrate teams, and earn the trust of leadership/business partners.
Possess a strong customer-centric viewpoint, interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, organization, and is comfortable speaking with Executive Leadership.
Has an Agile mindset and is able to deliver quickly in a dynamic environment.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional PowerPoint skills.
