Job Objective:

Essential Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage all day to day logistics and material needs of Hilcorp Alaska’s North Slope operating interests; Milne Point, Northstar Island and Endicott.
Manage and oversee weekly transport of Hilcorp Alaska and subcontract personnel from the Deadhorse airport to their respective work sites.
Manage and oversee the daily expediting of materials to/from Deadhorse and facilities to respective drop points.
Ensure compliance with all corporate, state and federal regulations and laws.
Interface with logistics providers; trucking, fixed wing, helicopter, hovercraft and marine operators, to ensure a high level of service is delivered to end users.
Administer the quality and accuracy of the material inventory system within the Hilcorp Alaska’s enterprise asset management system.
Source, purchase, and manage material requirements for Hilcorp Alaska’s North Slope facilities.
Offer broad material support for site facilities and personnel associated with those facilities, ensuring schedules and timelines are met.
Ensure proper cost codes, AFEs and Work Orders are applied to track all logistics and material costs.

Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings.
Other Job Responsibilities:
Supervises personnel and conducts employee performance evaluations.
Assists with salary administration.
Assists with hiring and retention of personnel.
Ability to be available 24 hours per day (on call for questions, emergencies, etc.).
Maintains employee confidence and protects company assets, including intellectual property, by keeping information confidential.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results, as needed.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years’ experience of North Slope logistics and/or material management or a related field.
Minimum 5 years in a supervisory position related to logistics and/or material management or a related field.
Familiar with CFR 49, OSHA’s HAZWOPER Standards and State of Alaska DOT regulations.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, officials, and the public.
Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities.
Ability to travel to remote locations via large and small planes, helicopter or boat, and ability to don and doff immersion suit.
Ability to work in Arctic conditions.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
Must be a highly motivated individual, team player, with good problem solving skills.
Education Requirements:
Minimum High School diploma or GED equivalent is required, with two (2) years college coursework preferred.
