Job Description
The Commercial Relationship Manager IV - Healthcare is primarily responsible for making and servicing business and individual loans that involve significant amounts of both secured and unsecured funds and/or credit secured, which are the most complex in nature. Handles the largest, most profitable customer relationships within the department. Provides subordinate officers with functional guidance.

How You'll Spend Your Time
You will use your business savvy to identify new prospects, markets and develop new business.
You will use your knowledge of our products and services to decide what our clients need next to enhance their business and add to our bottom line.
You’ll use your financial and analytical insights to understand data to make informed decisions.
You will use your business and credit acumen to get deals approved.
You will use your expertise on the lending side to structure loans, mitigate and identify risk, and keep us in regulatory compliance.
Education & Experience Requirements
Required level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree and 8-10 years’ experience in commercial lending or 14-16 years’ equivalent experience.
