As the Energy Management Customer Service Representative, you will be the point of contact for your portfolio of clients who require Siemens’ Utility Bill Management Services, and you will work closely with internal teams (Utility Bill Processing, Energy data analysis, Payment teams, and Energy Procurement).  Why is this so important??Our Energy Management Customer Service Representatives ensure that clients receive quality service they can expect from Siemens!

As an Energy Management Customer Service Representative, you will:

Answer inbound phone calls and emails within 24 business hours
Create, issue, and maintain standard and ad hoc reporting from our internal system
Distribute relevant mail to the correct contacts
Provide training on our client facing Navigator System
Assist team members during peak/critical times
Ensure clients receive all relevant communication from the Bill Management Program

You will make an impact with these qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma, state-recognized GED, or state recognized high school proficiency exam required
6+ months of contingent services
Experience communicating cost and usage issues to clients
Experience with opening and closing accounts on behalf of clients 
Strong Multi Tasking skills
Ability to work independently in a very fast paced environment
Basic Excel Skills required
Strong communication skills – verbal and written
Travel may be requested but not required
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization

Preferred Qualifications:

4 year degree in any field
Customer Service Experience
Intermediate/Expert level in Microsoft Office
Working Knowledge of the Energy Industry
