We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Financial Planning and Analysis to join our Treasury Finance team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA – HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

As a member of the Corporate Treasury Finance CFO team, you will support the Corporate Treasury group with relevant financial reporting, ideally on Net Interest Income rate/ volume attribution and other relevant forecasting projections.
Decision support activities, budgeting, strategic planning, forecasting, reporting, and/or advanced analytics and financial modelling.
Work through Corporate Treasury functions, ideally on Net Interest Income forecasting.
Balance Sheet Management and forecasting.
This individual will work closely with his/her Financial Reporting peers to identify common needs across the LOBs, and members of the Data Management COE to source and assure the data required to support the reporting and ad hoc analytics is available to meet the needs of the customer lines of business.
Able to establish timelines and facilitate key deliverables across multiple stakeholders via collaboration and the ability to understand the respective key dependencies.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

Bachelors Degree required
5-7+ years of experience
Relationship management experience. Experience in coaching, guiding and mentoring management and staff members in strategic planning and deployment activities
In depth understanding of the end-to-end structure and processes comprising a Finance function
