We’re growing our Service Management Organization including Developers and Technical Business Analysts in our Lake Mary, FL office (with potential hybrid/flex in office arrangement).

You’ll make an impact in the following ways:

As a Developer – you will work on various projects and take requirements/stories and build them on the ServiceNow platform including/not limited to ServiceNow Products: ITSM, ITBM, HR, IRM/GRC, SecOps, etc.
As a Technical Business Analyst - you will implement solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform that are simple, intuitive, easy to use, and allows users to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific business needs.
You will have the chance to work with thought leaders and industry trailblazers. Our Finance, Technology and Operations leaders have spent decades pioneering vanguard methods of working and spurring new ideas within the financial sector. To be successful, we’re seeking the following:

You will have an interest in joining our Technology team which provides client-focused, technology-based solutions to enhance client success through world-class software and leading-edge infrastructure.
An understanding of the various ServiceNow Products (ITSM, ITBM, HR, GRC, etc.); and understand how the ITIL framework can be leveraged to create best practices for the customer.
