About the Role

In this PM role, you will be at the forefront of shaping how HR works in the era of AI and Data. Eightfold.ai is searching for a visionary product leader to build next-generation Insights & Analytics products to help executives around the globe answer the most pressing talent questions and make AI-enabled data-driven informed talent decisions.

As the Principal Product Manager of Insights & Analytics, you will create new and innovative ways to leverage AI to generate actionable insights, and develop thought leadership on the future of talent and work.
You will also interface with senior executives at our customers and partners globally to drive insights development and help shape the future of HR.

Responsibilities

Work with executive leaders, Engineers, and Product teams to develop and execute roadmaps for cutting-edge analytics products built on the Eightfold AI platform.

Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for modern Analytics and Insights, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. 

Collaborate with our Engineering team to automate and productize the analyses & insights.
Drive support for your vision across executive leadership, product design, marketing, customer success, and sales
Drive the product roadmap and manage the entire product lifecycle from concept through strategic planning to product launches and go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful adoption and market penetration.
Listen to our partners and customers to internalize and understand their needs and develop a strategic product roadmap to address these needs.

Engage with C-Suite/Executives at our customers and partners on talent insights/perspectives.
Communicate frequently with internal and external customers at a senior level on analytics vision and roadmap.
Conduct in-depth analysis of the market landscape for talent analytics to develop differentiating products in the market
Understand Eightfold core technological strengths and work to integrate them into the products.
Mentor a team of product managers and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Develop groundbreaking point-of-view on how Talent challenges of today and tomorrow can be solved with advanced AI and data science.

Stay current with emerging HR technology analytics trends and recommend new solutions to enhance our offerings

Qualifications

Passion for solving today's Talent challenges with Data, AI and Insights.
Passion for helping shape how HR works in the era of data and AI.
Proven track record of building and launching successful products in Analytics, Data visualization, or related products.
Technical knowledge and understanding of enterprise SaaS products
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for a variety of audiences
Deep passion for understanding customer and market feedback. 
An aptitude for rapid learning
Bachelors, Masters, PhD or MBA degrees are preferred.
Executive Communication skills: comfortable with engaging with CHROs and their teams.
A minimum of 8-12+ years of relevant experience is preferred.

Pay Transparency

Please note this role is open to most US locations and categorized as:
Hybrid in Zone A and Remote in Zone B. The base salary ranges below are provided for pay transparency. Base pay is only one piece of our total compensation package as this role may be eligible for bonuses and equity awards. Compensation varies depending on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. Zones are determined by location. 
Zone A (SF Bay Area & New York City, NY): Annual Base Salary Range: $195,000 to $243,000 + 20% Bonus + PreIPO equity
Zone B (Most other cities in other states): Annual Base Salary Range: $166,000 to $204,000 + 20% Bonus + PreIPO equity
