OVERVIEW
The St. Charles plant is one of two recently acquired TNT pizza crust locations. It is located in a newer facility in the St. Louis suburbs of St. Charles County. We operate in a dynamic business environment with lots of current investment and growth. The St. Charles plant has become a strategic and critical plant to the North American Food segment.
The Warehouse Supervisor reports directly to the Logistics Manager and will work closely with the plant cross functional team. They will perform as a front-line leader in a fast-paced, complex manufacturing facility where they will lead, motivate, and support employee training to drive losses out of our systems, provide Logistics leadership, and champion teamwork.This role will have 8-9 Warehouse Associates reporting into them and will ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sanitation requirements. This person will function as a technical and business resource in a finished good palletizing and raw material/packaging warehouse.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provide organizational leadership in a dynamic and collaborative manufacturing and warehouse environment

Provide business and technical leadership necessary to ensure both department and facility meet and/or exceed goals in critical manufacturing success areas
Establish and sustain effective relationships in order to foster an environment where innovation and cooperation are used to solve problems
Develop front line warehouse associates by providing coaching, support, direction, documented performance appraisals, and ongoing feedback
Manage a department budget to meet productivity goals
Conduct regular team meetings which include effective communication of organizational/policy changes and business updates
Facilitate effective sharing of information across work teams, business areas, and functional areas
Assume ownership for strategic initiatives throughout the warehouse and production facility
Obtain in-depth understanding of logistics processes and ensure that your team is progressively developing technical expertise
Develop deep understanding of Continuous Improvement methodologies while driving Continuous Improvement and Total Employee Engagement in critical success areas by empowering leaders and employees to utilize CI tools.
Review daily operational performance reports and drive accountability in critical success areas
Ensure process failure root causes are identified and are in the process of being eliminated
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of Logistics/ Manufacturing experience around Warehouse Management
2+ years of SAP and WMS (Warehouse Management System) systems experiences
Computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, specifically strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Demonstrated people leadership skills with the ability to deliver results through others
Ability to make timely decisions under pressure, sometimes with little information
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and initiatives while delivering results for the team
Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Flexibility to work on assigned shift; other shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
Mature approach to challenging situations and environments
Desire and ability to lead change in a fast-paced, complex manufacturing environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics degree
5+ years of Warehouse Management experiences
Experinece with Blue Yonder WMS system or Red Prairie WMS system
