Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Administrative Assistant for the Intelligent Solutions Group (ISG) located in Urbandale, IA, you will schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and maintain appointment calendars on behalf of department leaders. In addition, you will...

Research, resolve and respond to inquiries/concerns from employees and internal and/or external customers. Escalate complex issues for resolution as appropriate.
Coordinate agendas, notes, distribution lists, and related materials for staff meetings, employee communications, and other internal gatherings as deemed necessary.
Organize and execute key events that require scheduling across multiple stakeholders, coordination with facility and IT management, arrangement of catering, and communication to employees.
Gather, create, maintain and/or summarize potentially sensitive or confidential data from various sources in order to complete reports and special projects. Distribute information as appropriate to department members or internal stakeholders.

What Skills You Need

5 or more years of demonstrated experience as an administrative assistant.
Experience using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other office productivity tools.
Experience writing, formatting, and editing effective business communications for internal and external audiences.
Ability to maintain confidential data.
Demonstration of effective written and verbal communication skills.

Previous experience coordinating multi-day meetings and events for 100+ attendees.

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

Bachelor’s Degree in a business, administrative, or clerical discipline or equivalent experience.
