Job Description
Position Summary:
As a Fleet & Equipment Coordinator for World Fuel Services you will provide customer service support for FBO customers along with internal support to Sr. Director of Operations, BGA Bulk Sales Team. You will excel in this position by having the ability to multi-task with the assistant of your team members. You will also demonstrate superb organizational and interpersonal skills. You should have a positive attitude, analytical and problem-solving, good computer skills, good communication skills, basic knowledge of aviation refueling trucks, be a self-starter, ability to work in fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support customer & vendor calls, emails.
Provide an excellent service experience for customers.
Communicate with customers on a day-to-day basis via phone or email correspondence.
Assist in the preparation of lease contracts for supporting departments and functions.
Manage daily invoice processing utilizing our Order Tracking Software system, along with asset management for Business General Aviation (BGA) & Canada
Ensure all parts ordered are documented & shipped from respective vendors.
Learn all company systems and processes.
Performs other related duties, tasks, request, and directives issued from management as required.

Experience:
Major Experience: with fleet terminology, equipment related repairs, billing, parts ordering.
Minor Experience: with administrative experience, logistics, contract administration.
