The Logistics Support Coordinator is responsible for ensuring DSDC and DSP departments have visibility of all loads in SAP and the ability to ship/receive loads timely to meet customer requirements and expectations. The Logistics Support Coordinator must possess leadership qualities and with a strong commitment to safety, quality, procedural and policy adherence, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The Logistics Support Coordinator will utilize tools in SAP and OTM to monitor inbound/outbound shipments, collaborate across multiple departments and support warehouse and plant operations. Candidate must be a team player with a strong work ethic and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Monitor ZTMR01 report for Sales Orders and Purchase Orders missing critical documents, i.e. FU / FO / Delivery / TU. Work with support team to resolve issues.
Monitor and validate OTM shipments to EWM. Escalate as needed for resolution.
Run short report and send pre-cuts to Customer Service.
Research and report out on daily open order report. Work with support team on loads PGI’d but still on report.
Research and respond to expedite requests.
Follow-up on returns entered but not yet received and/or missing RAs in SAP.
Review weekly detention report and verify if valid. Provide detail for disputed charges.
Monitor and follow-up on past due inbound finished goods POs.
Develop, implement, and sustain standard work procedures.
Document and share best practices across platform.
Perform audits, as scheduled, and requested
Research inventory discrepancies, as needed
Learn and follow all prescribed good manufacturing practice (GMP), safety, attendance, and rules of conduct guidelines.
All other tasks as assigned.
Qualification & Requirements
High school diploma or GED
3+ years of related experience in SAP/OTM
Demonstrate collaboration in a team environment where honest communication, a positive attitude, engagement, and personal accountability is expected
Detail oriented, organized, and committed to quality
Well-developed oral and written communication skills
Customer service focused and results driven
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with proven problem-solving ability
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have good computer skills
