Amazon’s internal advertising team (XCM) is seeking Creative Marketing interns to help us continue to raise the creative bar across Amazon channels.
Key job responsibilities
The ideal candidate is a multi-talented and self-starting creative who collaborates well with others and is ready to jump in at all stages of the creative process including Post-Production.
Applicants should showcase bold creative ideas in a portfolio that demonstrate skills concepting and craft in Post Production (specifically design and animation). Any Tiktok, video and motion examples that show social video creativity is a huge plus.
A day in the life
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include concepting, presenting, and producing work within the XCM organization. Every day might feel different, from pitching in on XCM campaign projects like Prime Day and Holiday to conceptualizing and producing work for our 40+ million followers on our social handles. Sometimes you’ll be quickly creating a video in response to a TikTok trend. Other times you’ll be creating designs and animating a new repeatable content series or coming up with a social motion assets for an existing campaign.
About the team
This position will be part of a intern group of six. Two with a Social Creative focus, two with a Design focus, and two with a Post Production focus (specifically design and animation). Interns will split their time between XCM’s Seattle office and Galaxy Studios—our state-of-the-art production facility in Seattle. There you’ll get first-hand experience with some of Seattle’s finest directors, DPs, and production crews.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s OR master's degree program with a graduation conferral date between December 2024 - May 2025
An available online portfolio that showcases your best work (could include school projects and / or personal projects)
At least 6 months of experience in one of the following creative disciplines: motion design, 2D animation, 3D animation
