Job Description

As our Process & Tools Support Analyst, Level I, based in Houston's Galleria area, you'll provide essential support to NorthAm buyers across various operational areas. Every day your responsibilities will encompass guiding and aiding in the Source to Contract activities, with a focus on assisting with Ariba eRFx issues, managing document templates, and handling contracts' validation and archiving within Ariba. You will be instrumental in facilitating buyer training sessions on Ariba's S2C modules, emphasizing both contract and eRFx functionalities. Additionally, your expertise will extend to the Purchase to Receipt activities in platforms like MyPortal, Coupa and Maximo, where you'll manage supplier onboarding processes, offer primary support to PO Agents in Mexico concerning commodity codes and sourcing directives, and deliver comprehensive training sessions on Ariba S2C, Coupa P2R, and IBM Maximo, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow for all stakeholders involved.

What you bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related
A minimum of one (1) + years' of relevant experience in procurement, where you used tools such as SAP, Ariba, Coupa or Maximo
You are Fluent in Spanish, vital for interactions primarily with teams in Mexico
You are efficient in time management, skilled at prioritizing tasks amidst competing demands
You are a collaborative team player, adept at fostering relationships across various stakeholder groups
You are knowledgeable in procurement governance principles and practices
You are proficient in Excel (including Pivot tables, V-lookup), PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and MS Teams
You enjoy taking the initiative to drive process enhancements and embrace evolving methodologies. This position is designed for a recent graduate who is enthusiastic about learning and is eager to develop and expand their skills within this role
