This role will help to manage employee office buildings in the North America and Barbados, spanning from day-to-day assistance with office amenities to leading the opening of new offices in the region, ultimately driving a positive workplace experience for employees. Located in the Denver Headquarter building, the Regional Portfolio Manager will be the face of the office, covering space management, critical systems maintenance, amenity care, cross-functional coordination, environmental, health & safety procedures, vendor/contractor management, and more. The ideal candidate for this role is organized, task-oriented and looks forward to learning new skills. The Regional Portfolio Manager is versatile in nature and demeanor, able to interact with Executive Leaders of the Company and a Maintenance technician in the same afternoon.
Role Responsibilities
Oversees facility operations including scheduling general maintenance, amenities upkeep, and addressing facility-related issues.
Maintains and tracks real estate portfolio.
Oversees space utilization, planning & move management.
Oversees facilities vendor management and contract administration for the region.
Liaises with PMO during construction initiatives and serves as main point of contact between PMO and General Contractors.
Manages and coordinates with multi-disciplinary teams of staff including janitorial, maintenance, mailroom, refreshments, security, etc.
Exercises financial organization, including capital, expense & asset tracking and contributing to revenue/savings opportunities.
Stays current with Environmental, Health, and Safety procedures in each building/region
Role Requirements
Requires a minimum of five to seven years’ experience in real estate/property management and/or finance related field.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Occasional travel will be required
