Job Duties and Responsibilities
DISH Wireless is seeking a Program Manager, Property Management who will be responsible for addressing general inquiries, moderating escalations, and resolving issues at leased sites. This candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to expedite issue resolution, mitigating the risk of costly litigation. Demonstrating a proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
The successful candidate should excel at swiftly and accurately researching to resolve issues, taking ownership of solutions, and finding motivation to deliver impactful results. Whether dealing with general inquiries or incident resolution support, the candidate will positively impact the experience of all those who contact the group.
This role offers the opportunity and autonomy for the candidate to enhance efficiency and boost productivity by improving and developing processes, with active engagement of stakeholder input. Building key relationships with market teams, landlords, and other wireless groups is a necessity and a rewarding aspect of this position. The broad scope of the role enables oversight and positive influence in various aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all incoming Landlord correspondence and phone calls
Administer mail and legal notices
Collaborate with all markets, HQ departments, and legal teams to ensure requests that cannot be answered directly are sent to the appropriate team for resolution
Create, record, and manage the log incidents for all incoming issues
Provide reporting, visibility, and feedback to stakeholders
Own, escalate, communicate Landlord issues
Research leases, historical documentation, and various databases
Investigate issues and offer accurate and timely responses
Excellent facilitation skills, process-driven and strong follow-through abilities
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of experience as a legal specialist, property management, real estate, or equivalent role
Skills and Qualifications:
High energy to maintain a sense of urgency with the ability to adapt to any situation
Excellent attention to detail and outstanding organizational and analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage ongoing communications with Landlords
Dynamic personality and can quickly establish trust and rapport at all levels of the organization
Excel, Word, or Google (G-Suite), Oracle, Telecom, and/or project management experience preferred
