Job Description

As Brand Manager, you will focus on winning with the consumer to drive business results. You will engage cross functional partners in Marketing, Digital Activation, Creative, R&D, Sales, to develop strategies for your brand’s success. You will lead a mix of Marketing and Brand Management projects enabling you to show the breadth and depth of your leadership. You will need to derive insights from the data, consumer insights, market insights, and the competitive landscape to enable brand leaders as they set the direction for brand growth. 

This position will partner with the Marketing Design team to create campaign concepts and activation ideas based on deep knowledge of the consumer and will support the creation of assets in the global toolkits including but not limited to the following: visuals for in-store and digital merchandising, product toolkits, website copy, digital media and assets required for key retailer engagements. Your main focus will be on delivering the North America business, and secondary focus will be to deliver to global markets. 

This role will additionally support FAB’s product portfolio by offering thoughtful analysis of competitive market trends and product campaign concepts as well as support campaign analytics and recommendations for continued growth and innovation. This person should be creative, passionate, a self-starter, team player, and be willing to take risks to drive innovation and growth at First Aid Beauty.

Position Responsibilities

Build and manage campaigns to support core product campaigns and innovation to drive brand love and engagement.
Manage and execute campaigns; deliver all assets on budget and on strategy to key activation channel partners and global markets.
Partner with P&G counterparts to develop impactful communication on and off-pack to maximize and support ongoing core needs.
Lead the creation and management of core campaign timelines for all asset development.
Partner with creative to ensure planning and execution of all model and product photo and video shoots deliver relevant global assets and translate into an actionable global toolbox.
Monitor and analyze campaigns, tracking business results and determining opportunities to optimize moving forward.
Lead competitive analysis as related to innovation, big idea campaigns, and full funnel marketing tactics, and superior claim language and translate into actionable recommendations.
Help create impactful consumer-facing campaigns for all core products – told through the lens of the brand, and based on strong consumer insights
Spearhead relevant partnership opportunities for activations at a brand and campaign level 
Create marketing specific slides for relevant retailer meetings

Job Qualifications

1-3 years experience in go to market strategy
Experience managing multiple priorities at once
Passion for beauty
Creative, strategic, analytical
Ability to derive insights and breakthrough ideas from consumer learning and data
