As the Sales Executive II for World Fuel Services, you will be responsible for developing a robust pipeline of opportunities with existing assigned strategic accounts and prospective new silver accounts to exceed sales quota targets. Willingness to travels regionally or more often. Performs work under general supervision. Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter. May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and identify new leads and opportunities.
Achieve sales goals.
Build and maintain relationships with current customers.
Lead on-site and off-site sales presentations to potential customers.
Direct all stages of sales process.
Maximize margins while meeting sales goals.
Anticipate market needs and propose alternative solutions when necessary.
Assist in development of lead generation.
Seek and Share knowledge of industry trends, competitors, etc.
Provide weekly sales projections and status updates to leadership.
Market Development -Identify supply-driven growth opportunities
Convergence -introduce WFS products and service opportunities outside of core WFS wholesale products
Handoff of new customer onboarding to support/admin
Request credit approval for new customer accounts
Provide GP and Volume for new opportunities
Coordinate territory travel for customer and prospect meetings (travel arrangements, expense reporting, etc.)
Follow up to advance on active opportunities in pipeline
Forecast Quarterly and Annual territory
Cold calling qualified leads
Input/discovery for determining customer spot price segmentation
Call existing customers to introduce new products and services
Selling PRISM product/service
Attend relevant industry conferences
Performs other related duties, tasks, requests, and directives issued from leaders as required.

Minimum Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree and client-facing sales experience is preferred.
3+ years of managing relationships with major Brands/Refiners.
3+ years of wholesale sales or supply management experience.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry sales experience.
Channel partnership experience.
Experience with Lubricant training and sales training to customers.
