Job Duties and Responsibilities

DISH is seeking a Marketing Lead to play a pivotal role within the DISH & Sling (Video Services) Go-To-Market team. This team holds a key responsibility for crafting the strategy, overseeing growth, and spearheading the development of all marketing initiatives that annually propel the DISH TV business forward. In essence, this entails the management of campaigns and initiatives aimed at conveying our brand narrative, effectively reaching our target demographics, and achieving our annual sales objectives.

The Marketing Lead position is a thrilling and dynamic opportunity, particularly given the ongoing transformation within DISH, influenced by evolving industry dynamics and our foray into the Wireless segment. Key Responsibilities:

Managing and coordinating across multiple teams, working in a fast-paced environment, driving innovation, and tracking against deadlines and ambitious goals
Assist the marketing organization in developing creative campaigns; working closely with our creative agencies, leading the creative execution of these campaigns to drive audience growth, acquisition, loyalty, upsell, and affinity for the brand through a mix of online and offline marketing tactics
Lead Go-To-Market tactical campaigns & initiatives based on DISH Marketing 3-year Strategies, content pillars, new product launches and offers

Manage creative design and testing plans for multiple campaigns, write creative briefs, coordinate timelines and deliverables between various teams, and develop innovative designs across channels, including Direct Mail, Digital, Print, Email, Social, and Video
Lead creative projects including tracking down assets, transferring files between groups and agencies, and some design and production of marketing collateral, all while managing against critical timelines
Support the team and collaborate with business partners in aligning objectives and strategy across the organization; execute tactics designed to acquire new customers and increase existing customer sales

Assist the team and/or agencies with special projects and tasks as requested

Skills, Experience and Requirements
 

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
5 years experience in marketing, account management, promotions, creative production, or similar

Skills and Qualifications:

Marketing Generalist with experience across full-funnel marketing: brand, digital, direct response, and partner marketing
Ability to think strategically about both customer and market information; comfortable analyzing marketing data to see the big picture
Ability to influence and collaborate across various functional groups including sales, Marketing Centers of Excellence (Digital, Insights, Analytics, Brand, PMO, Finance, etc), and creative agencies
Lead integrated marketing campaigns test & learn 
Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team collaboration and promote enthusiasm; build trust with external and cross-functional partners 
Adept at telling stories via presentations and comfortable presenting to leadership
Thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with a high capacity to multi-task and handle tight deadlines daily; proven track record of communicating effectively

Problem solver; process and detail-oriented 
Very strong computer skills and experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office; experience with creative design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
