Fair Isaac Corporation seeks a full-time Solution Consulting-Sr Consultant. Telecommuting available from anywhere in US. HQ at Bozeman, MT. The primary duties of the Solution Consulting-Sr Consultant are to work with clients and internal teams to leverage data assets applying technology to achieve business objectives, evaluate client’s requirements to develop a FICO solution, and be responsible for providing and accessing technical aspects for client solutions.

Specific duties include:

1. Assess the solution needs, determine architecture and detail the logical architecture of the client solution;

2. Work with SME’s of functional units across organization to define functional and non-functional requirements;

3. Collaborate with enterprise architects to design scalable, re-usable systems optimized for performance and estimate infrastructure sizing to handle horizontal/vertical scaling;

4. Design and develop the architecture for all data warehousing components and infrastructure including the following areas: Solution integration strategy, Source system ETL strategy, Data staging, movement and aggregation, Information and analytics delivery, Data quality strategy and infrastructure strategy;

5. Manage and facilitate the technical work stream, including personnel, roles and responsibilities and technical decisions to drive overall solution architecture;

6. Provide development, oversight and coordination of system testing phase and technical problem and issue resolution;

7. Manage and lead multiple projects concurrently and collaborate with teams across geographies;

8. Build highly efficient solutions leveraging big data technologies;

9. Use experience in computer systems solution consulting working on infrastructure, cloud setup, data modeling, RDBMS, NoSQL databases, ETL, data hygiene, quality assurance and control, metadata, and information delivery;

10. Create analytics based decisioning software leveraging predictive and prescriptive modeling using Blaze Advisor;

11. Design SaaS based solutions by leveraging industry standard web technologies (JSF, AngularJS/HTML5, REST/SOA architecture), predictive and prescriptive analytics, MPP/NOSQL databases (Netezza/Vertica), distributed computing and streaming/messaging technologies (Kafka/MQ), configuration management and continuous Integration tools (Jenkins/Hudson) as well as low code platforms such as Outsystems. Domestic travel required up to 10% of the time. May telecommute from any location in the U.S.

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a related field and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in computer systems solution consulting or a related occupation. Experience must include three (3) years of experience, which may be concurrent, in all of the following: 1) working with clients to assess needs, determine architecture and detail the logical architecture of the client solution; 2) designing and developing data warehouses including the following areas: Solution integration strategy, Source system ETL strategy, Data staging, movement and aggregation, Information and analytics delivery, Data quality strategy, Infrastructure strategy; 3) web technologies like JSF, AngularJS/HTML5, REST/SOA architecture, MPP databases (Netezza/Vertica), streaming/messaging technologies (Kafka/MQ), Configuration management tools, Continuous Integration tools (Jenkins/Hudson); as well as low code systems including Outsystems; 4) leading project teams spread across geographies and providing technical direction; 5) building highly efficient solutions on cloud infrastructure that includes data modeling, RDBMS, NoSQL databases, ETL, data hygiene, and information delivery; and 6) creating analytics based decisioning software leveraging predictive and prescriptive modeling using Blaze Advisor. All experience may have been gained concurrently. Experience must have been acquired after completion of the Bachelor’s Degree program. Domestic travel required up to 10% of the time.
