About the opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Technology Enablement Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team. You will help elevate the work life of Ceridian employees by enhancing their ability to communicate, collaborate, and connect to one another across our global, remote workforce. Thisrole will be responsible for driving employee adoption of our enterprise collaboration, productivity, and communication solutions.This new role would be a perfect opportunity for an experienced product or success manager, enablement or adoption specialist with excellent business acumen and customer relationship skills to make a significant impact on the future of our organization.

What you’ll get to do

Lead the adoption and satisfaction for our enterprise collaboration and communication solutions. This includes (but is not limited to) Microsoft 365 and Viva suites, automation tools, creative suites (Adobe), cloud file and content sharing, product management tools (MS Project, Smartsheets), contact center solutions, and communication tools for chat, email, and phone.
Contribute to the overall strategy and scope for these tools, including working with business stakeholders to understand their goals and objectives and tying those back to features and functionality enhancements with our 3rd party tool providers
Identify and develop opportunities for improving service offerings and our overall employee engagement processes
Communicate and collaborate effectively with other members of your team, internal customers, external teams, and vendor partners
Develop and implement communications, training, and change management processes for introducing new technologies and features to ensure successful awareness and adoption
Define, document, and deliver enablement objectives, KPIs, and reporting
Work with architecture, engineering, and support to stay up-to-date with our platforms, products, and services.
Complete all administrative tasks, i.e., (required training, time tracking, project and task updates, trouble ticket notes, status reports, responding to email, etc.) accurately and on time
Performs other duties as assigned or required to meet Ceridian goals and objectives

Skills and experience we value

The successful candidate requires a bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information technology, or IT management OR 5+ years’ experience in product management, customer success, user adoption, or a related role with a focus on adoption of technical applications or solutions in a professional services or corporate environment
3+ years experience and advanced knowledge of the apps and functionality within the Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration suite (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Power Platform, Viva Suite, and Office applications)
Strong technical background with a proven track record around technology change management, training, and specifically with collaboration, productivity, and communication technologies, at a medium to large corporation (5K+ employees)
Proven track record of building relationships with senior IT and business leadership in medium to large enterprise companies.
Ability to translate business needs and problems into solutions leveraging cloud technologies
Ability to confidently lead, communicate and influence at all levels of the business

Additional skills we value

An energetic and engaging communication style with strong presentation skills
A high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences and various levels of management (Senior Executives, IT management, Business leadership, etc.).
Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, emerging computing trends and deployment approaches
Experience with or strong understanding of organizational change management strategies and best practices
Ability and comfort with working in a self-driven environment
Excellent attention to detail

What would make you really stand out

Experience with unified communication tools and solutions, including (but not limited to) Microsoft Teams Phone, soft phone solutions, contact center solutions, and Microsoft Teams Rooms conferencing solutions and hardware.
Experience or understanding of AI technology such has chatbots, virtual assistance, LLMs and generative AI solutions
Experience in software or banking technology companies
