Your Responsibilities:
Fulfills customer orders by selecting, packing, and shipping merchandise
Ensures all picked orders match the customer’s requirements
Prepares shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing slips, and shipping labels.
Review sales orders and addendums
Processes returns by following our Return Materials Authorization (RMA) procedures
Ensures all returned and newly received merchandise is put away correctly
Assists with inspecting incoming inventory and outgoing inventory
Conducts thorough inspections of Tenna's hardware devices, following established quality control procedures and product specifications.
Enters incoming inventory into Tenna’s inventory management system.
Maintains accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels and conducting regular cycle counts.
Helps with cycle counting and other inventory control processes as needed
Correctly enters product information into our internal and vendor systems
Adheres to safety protocols and standards at all times
Assists in keeping the warehouse organized and clean
Assists with loading and unloading merchandise
Uses carts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks to receive and move merchandise
Moves, stacks, and stores pallets per our safety protocols
Perform other operations/ad hoc projects and tasks as requested by the Manager
Qualifications:
2 + years experience in warehouse shipping and receiving
1+ years' experience operating pallet jacks and forklifts
Experience using mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets is required
Experience using various computer programs for inventorying purposes is required
The ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, squat, walk, reach, kneel and bend is required
Ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail
Quality control mindset to ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
Excellent communication skills. Hardworking and dedicated
Diligence and organization in managing information
A self-motivated and adaptable person with a strong service orientation and “do what it takes” attitude
