Your role
Are you someone that enjoys driving change? Are you a strong communicator with strong analytical skills? Are you interested in supporting GWM Americas strategy and growth?
We're looking for a Business Analyst to:
• manage the governance for GWM Americas, especially the Management Forum (made up of the heads of all the GWMA businesses). Support the Head of GWMA in various governance functions as he presents and interacts with numerous regulators and forums, such as earnings presentations, investor presentations, CUSO (Combined U.S. Operations), Management Forums etc.
• drive strategic communication and engagement strategy including talking points and presentations for internal and external stakeholders (webcasts, townhalls, videos, industry conferences, social media, etc.)
• manage and support the delivery and execution of strategic and tactical projects as well as drive business priorities and execute on run the bank / change the bank initiatives on behalf of the WM USA Leadership Team
• serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner, helping to inform organization strategy and decision-making
• proactively drive the people and culture initiatives and facilitate cohesion and collaboration across organization and teams for improved alignment and engagement

Your team
You’ll be working on the GWM Americas Chief of Staff team based out of our 1285 AoA – New York City office. In this role you’ll play an important role in supporting the Head of GWM Americas and the Leadership Team. You’ll gain exposure to key strategic drivers and businesses, as well as engage directly with stakeholders in the Field including Field Leadership and Financial Advisors.
Your expertise
• ideally, 2+ years of experience in financial services industry and/or understanding of wealth management business
• inquisitive, able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs
• project management experience
• strong writing, communication, and public speaking skills, able to tailor style to your audience
• executive presence and strong sense of professionalism
• high proficiency in PowerPoint and ability to take abstract ideas and create compelling presentations
• comfortable working with and analyzing large sets of data on Excel
• ability to multi-task; knowing how to prioritize and stay organized to achieve deadlines
