As a Lead IT Security Business Analyst, you will enhance our approach to Identity Access Management at Kellogg Company. You’ll drive us toward the future with confidence as you work across teams, assessing our Identity Access Management processes and sharing actionable insights that improve the Identity Management of our worldwide operations.

Identity Access Management experience required.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Ensuring Identity Access Management –  You’ll provide guidance for the standards, procedures and controls for access management. Contribute both on an individual application basis as well as a global strategic basis to raise the IAM posture across our organization. Perform or assist with internal application access management and security assessments, using both manual effort and testing tools.
Managing Key Projects – Set the governance standard when new applications are being added or upgraded within key projects at Kellogg Company. We’ll rely on you to expand the application access and security processes into global standards, sharing new insights that improve our security governance and Identity Access. ?Work with application and system owners and development teams to accurately document system deficiencies, recommend solutions and track remediation activities.
Demonstrating Thought Leadership – Drive our new standard of global identity access management. You’ll stay up to date on evolving issues in IAM to keep your skills sharp and implement new ideas to ensure the safety and security of our overall corporate information structure. With a commitment to sharing knowledge, you’ll disseminate specialist IAM knowledge to the security and development communities. You’ll also assist program teams and security review service partners to submit, review and assist in remediation of applications.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Identity Access Management experience
Understanding of application security
Capacity to set procedures and control documents for IAM
Ability to risk assess IT projects from an IAM standpoint
Excellent communication skills and ability to connect at all levels of the organization and has a commitment to innovation and success despite ambiguity
Knowledge of SAP and other SAAS applications
