The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Marketing Technology Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Being a member of the Marketing Technology (MarTech) pillar within the Global Marketing Center (GMC), this role is highly collaborative and will work closely with the broader GMC team, divisional marketing teams, and partner functions like the salesforce CRM team.
This role will make an impact by:
Being a subject matter expert of the marketing database and the processes for maintaining its effective use
Operating as a data ambassador for the marketing function, evangelizing the value of data collected within the martech ecosystem
Implementing technical enhancements that enable data strategies that support marketing efficiency
Documenting and enforcing standard operating procedures related to database use in compliance with regulations that pertain to healthcare industry and privacy regulations
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
OR
High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of six (6) years of experience in ting automation, database management or relevant working experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Three (3) years of experience in marketing automation, database management or relevant working experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrable solution engineering using marketing automation technology (preference to Oracle Eloqua) to deliver business outcomes
