Job Description

Position Summary: 

This position supports Trip Support by selling the myWorld iPad App  and OFP (Online Flight Planning) products and upselling of Trip Support products. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Secure new customers for the myWorld iPad App  and OFP (Online Flight Planning) products

Solicit existing Trip Support customers who do not utilize the myWorld iPad App or OFP (Online Flight Planning) products
Solicit existing fuel & fuel card customers who are neither Trip Support nor the myWorld iPad App or OFP (Online Flight Planning) customers
Solicit new WFS customers for the myWorld iPad App or OFP (Online Flight Planning) opportunities
Conduct presentations and demos with customers (onsite and remote)
Liaise with the Sales team on closing opportunities
Provide the myWorld iPad App or OFP (Online Flight Planning) training to customers (onsite and remote)
Manage the customers experience with the myWorld iPad App or OFP (Online Flight Planning)

Upsell WFS Trip Support products and services to customers with existing trips

Contact customer upon submission of the requested TCE (trip cost estimate)
Contact customers within 48 hours of a new trip being created within Falcon

Job Requirements:

Maintains a thorough knowledge of all operations systems and new developments
Must have a firm knowledge of WFS’s products and services and be able to effectively market them to customers
Perform other duties as directed that are directly related to the management or general business operations
Will maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations and negotiations
Helps other employees to accomplish WFS company goals
Performs other duties as may be assigned by department supervisor or manager
Working Hours: as determined by the Vice President Global Operations

Experience: 

5+  years of experience in Aviation industry
5+ years of experience in Sales, Flight Planning and/or Customer Service

Education: 

Bachelor’s degree, preferred
FAA Dispatch License, preferred

Specific Skills & Knowledge Required: 

Knowledge of online flight planning systems and flight planning apps in the market
Knowledge of ATC regulations
General knowledge of aircraft avionics   
People oriented – comfortable with public speaking and customer presentations
Sales oriented - Have an excellent understanding of effective negotiating skills

Geographic Scope & Travel Requirements: 

This position will be located in Webster, TX
Travel to industry trade shows and customer visits will be required
This position could require working hours to accommodate customers and employees globally
