About the opportunity 

Our Dayforce Product Development Workforce Management (WFM) Clocks team is looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer to create the industry’s next generation Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. 
As a senior developer on our Clock team, you will be working on our ground-breaking solution that helps companies increase their efficiencies through tracking time and attendance of their employees using specialized hardware and software devices. 
Your impact will be evident through your effective participation in the entire lifecycle of our software including design, analysis, prototyping, development, testing and support of our products. You will work closely and collaborate with clients, prospects, implementation partners, and Dayforce personnel to envision and deliver the required functionality. 
You will be conducting code reviews of peer work and mentoring other developers.

What you’ll get to do

As a software developer on our WFM Clocks team, you will be working on our ground-breaking solution that helps companies increase their efficiencies through tracking time and attendance across multiple platforms! 

Duties include but are not limited to: 

Build new UI for clocks team to unify multiple platforms 
Hands on coding with Android, C#/Java, Reactjs
Participate in research, design, development for new initiatives
Daily scrum activities 
Team and individual development projects

Skills and experience we value

5+ years of active development using Java or C# or C++
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming design patterns and principals
Experience with SQL database and SSMS
Experience with Android SDK and development
5+ years’ experience with HTML5, JavaScript/TypeScript and CSS
2+ years demonstrated experience with modern JavaScript such as React JS
Experience with DevOps operations and implementations
Good analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent collaboration, communication skills and good teamwork
Experience with Agile activities
Experience with TFS. (Team Foundation Server)
Experience collaborating with other developers using source control solutions
Strong ability to work individually as well as within a team
Goal oriented with solid planning and time management skills
Strong experience on unit testing and CI build process

Experience with web service
Recent HTML/JavaScript version and hands-on experience with React JS
Micro Front End development, event driven architecture
Experience with various network protocols
