Job Description

The Digital Identification & Traceability team is part of the Digital & Data Science team within Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain. We provide end-to-end enterprise digital capabilities to enable connectivity across our supply chain in a compliant, effective, and efficient way. The Digital Identification & Traceability (DI&T) team is responsible for bridging the physical to our digital supply chain, delivering value by developing and leveraging our digital capabilities to engage with our customers, and shaping internal and external environments with our expertise. We work closely with different functions across Johnson & Johnson globally to enhance our customer experience.

Reporting to the platform leader (Global Data Synchronization, Serialization & Traceability and / or Unique Device Identification), this associate will be responsible for leading system upgrades and translating customer requirements.  The Senior Analyst will work with other DI&T team members, vendors, IT, and multiple functional representatives, as well as business partners from the operating companies. The role will be critical to enhancing data quality shared by customers both internal and external to generate business value for customers and J&J business partners. We are looking for someone in the United States or Brazil that lives near a J&J location. For those in the US, the anticipated salary range is $73,000- $117,300.

Key responsibilities:

Define and assess business requirements for system-to-system connectivity (data modelling, data mapping)
Provide customer satisfaction through effective understanding, and knowledge of the GS1 standards, GDS capabilities, and their application to use cases including eProcurement, inventory management, bedside scanning, and product traceability
Troubleshooting system operations with user community
Lead UAT/SIT for system deployments
Support the regional operational base business activities for specific DI&T capabilities while maintaining effective communication with internal partners
Own specific tasks as part of larger projects to timely delivery and within budget while coordinating tasks across functions and geographies
Help create and maintain comprehensive metrics and track issues, problem solving resolutions, and communicate timelines effectively

Qualifications

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
3+ years of professional experience, with 1+ years’ experience managing large, cross functional projects that include a technology component
Experience with Agile framework & processes, JIRA is required
Experience with Data Analytics and Visualization software (Tableau, Excel, Power BI, Alteryx) is required
Project management experience is required
Knowledge of database systems (SAP, Cloudera Hadoop), database structures, relational databases, data modelling & data mapping between systems is preferred
Understanding of Serialization, UDI and/or GDS is preferred
Working experience of GS1 standards is preferred
