Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Manager, UAV & 3D Data Program will lead the team responsible for 3D data collection efforts as part of the National Site Development team within the Wireless HQ office in Littleton, CO. This critical position will lead a cutting edge team responsible for innovating the Site Development process to support DISH Wireless’ mission to deploy the first 5G Open RAN network in the US. This role will require some travel.

Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:

Manages the 3D data collection program for National Site Development
Provides support, guidance and coaching to team Program Managers and Coordinators
Establishes KPI’s for all drone/data capture vendors
Drives strategic roadmap both for product features, technology and overall business development
Responsible for executive reporting on all program activities
Escalates high priority issues as needed to DISH executives
Works with DISH market teams and vendors on scheduling forecast and market priorities
Works with vendor management on tower company drone goals and objectives
Responsible for deployment tool data integrity
Executes market scheduling and PO creation

Skills, Experience and Requirements

5 + years advanced technology experience (wireless preferred)
5+ years in progressively broader manager roles, leading multiple groups, departments, and teams
5+ years of leading complex programs
The ability to thrive in a start-up environment with significant ambiguity and challenging problems inherent in building a greenfield, stand alone 5G network, including ownership of policy development
Executive presence with strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Previous experience of culture keeping and message ownership
Bachelor’s Degree; advanced degree preferred
