Job Description

What you’ll be doing: 

Your Primary Responsibilities will be around supplier and item management and researching new category opportunities for our HiTouch marketplace business.

This will include facilitation of new supplier onboarding to support new suppliers supporting HiTouch business and building new assortment via operational support and long-term item maintenance. You will coordinate across multiple projects and prioritize your time in collaboration with your manager.

Together we will monitor item metrics, notify and support remediation efforts with the suppliers and take the steps required with the marketplace partners to keep assortment selling. Internally you will ensure order fulfilment, inventory and item master systems have item flags set correctly and audit full assortment for changes in availability weekly.

You will also be tasked with researching new market opportunities and report to management results of that analysis. You will be an integral part in the planning process for the operations workload on a monthly basis and working with your manager and the HiTouch team to support existing items and suppliers needs versus reach outs for new suppliers in collaboration with the Merchandising operations team

What you bring to the table:

This role requires a detail oriented, highly organized individual with some project management skills and a desire to learn and adapt in a high energy team setting
Ability to work well independently and within a team setting including across multiple internal teams
An individual that adjusts quickly to changing priorities and aggressive timelines
Experience managing multiple deadlines at one time 

Qualifications :

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:

BA or BS required or prior work experience
