The Customer Success Administrator will assist with planning, scheduling, billing, and other logistics related details tied to the implementation of Tenna’s products. Successful candidates will have the ability to execute highly detailed work and preferably have a background in the construction field, particularly heavy civil construction. Candidates should also possess the ability to successfully collaborate with a variety of internal teams, field personnel, as well as external customers. Responsibilities
Supports the overall process of getting new customers onboarded, working closely with the Customer Success Team to advance customers through the onboarding process
Assists with the planning, scheduling, and logistics of our field installation teams, working closely with supporting departments
Reviews, and edits customer onboarding plans in tandem with the Director of Implementation. Assists in coordinating onboarding meetings
Participates in customer facing meetings to gather necessary details to help plan successful field installations
Assists in following-up with customers to ensure onboarding schedules remain on track and they can meet key deadlines within the process
Works with the Director of Implementation to ensure onboarding plans are approved prior to team deployments, and final field signoffs are completed in a timely manner
Assists the field team with change orders and facilitates the necessary workflows. Audits billing documentation, change orders and refunds for accuracy
Trains newly hired team members on how to use internal communications tools and reviews onboarding plans
Assists in completing ad hoc Implementation and Customer Success projects and tasks
Partners with the leadership team to maintain the file structure within internal communications tools, ensuring documents are archived as needed
Assists in performing periodic Trello audits to ensure updates are processed in a timely manner and all customer follow-ups are occurring on schedule
Updates various Customer Success and Implementation project management tools as needed
Edits various departmental documents and presentations. Pulls periodic reports upon request
Audits and supports employees with time and expense entries as needed
Assists in the auditing time entry and expenses as needed
Job Requirements
High School diploma/GED required or equivalent work experience.
2+ years’ experience working in an admin, coordinator, planning or logistics related role
Experience working within construction technology or within the construction industry is an absolute plus
Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required
Strong experience creating and editing polished documentation on behalf of leadership
Familiarity with Salesforce and/or similar CRM experience is strongly preferred
Ability to work within construction site environments, high/low temperatures, and outdoor elements on occasion
Strong attention to detail; strong planning and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills, has the ability to hold others accountable while maintaining strong working relationships with others
Diligence and organization in managing information
Self-motivated and adaptable person with a strong service orientation and “do what it takes” attitude
Nimble and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
