We’ll be looking to you to work as an advisor and partner for functional business leaders to determine the best approaches of leadership and organization development, organization change, succession planning, recruitment, talent development, and various HR issues. You’ll have the opportunity to establish and implement an employee relations platform to ensure high employee satisfaction and productivity levels. You’ll make a difference by interpreting human resource policies and align resources and people to meet strategy goals. You’ll also utilize a ticketing system to address HR/employee related issues across the organization.
For such a pivotal role, you’ll have a bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Management or similar field and 4 years of experience in HR. Organized and communicative, you’ll easily manage and prioritize multiple tasks. It’s considered advantageous to have worked in an international environment.
