Description:
The Director Product Management – Digital Data Management will be responsible for a broad, but critically connected, set of vendors and the respective implementation strategy that enables the collection, measurement, and management of consumer behaviors across digital sites and applications as well as connecting into the measurement loop in the paid media space. They will build and lead a team responsible for the enterprise wide digital data layer as well as the collection and implementation strategy across sites and apps at scale. This will also include creating and managing the tagging strategy and the future approach to third party cookie deprecation in the industry. They will also be responsible for the privacy management and the analytics support of the digital data – they will need to determine the boundaries of the stakeholders vs the implementation. This will include identifying any organization needs to ensure the delivery of the team's goals. Lastly, this leader will also identify and drive the unknowns in the space as the industry of digital consumer behavior data changes.
Responsibilities:
· Build and manage a team of product managers and implementation specialists for the digital data collection and its respective obligations in tag and privacy management.
· Implement and maintain digital analytics platforms and the respect components like global and business level data layer and new attribute deployment.
· Maintain and drive the roadmap as well as the strategy to convert to a centralized team as opposed to federate organizational.
· Ensure stability, automation, and scalability of data collection over time in a mobile environment driven by analytics innovation
Qualifications:
· In-Depth understanding of Data Collection, Digital Privacy & Digital Measurement technologies – tag managers, adobe/google analytics, CMPs, Cloud Architecture, JSON, etc.
· In-Depth understanding of Marketing & Personalization technologies – Email, Push, Direct Mail, Web, SMS, Social, Display, SEO, etc.
· Experience with JIRA and implementation development practices
· Experience building and transforming teams
· Experience with Digital and Marketing data a must
