The CHICAGO E-Store Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the CHICAGO E-Store. This role’s responsibilities include inventory management, maintenance of the infrastructure of the shipping facility, liaising with the Concierge for special requests and orders, and communicating with clients for order related inquiries or concerns. The CHICAGO E-Store Supervisor is also responsible for the accurate and timely fulfillment of online orders – which involves order processing, pick-pack and dispatch. This role will be based in our CHICAGO boutique, and will report the NA Fulfillment Manager based in NYC.

Qualifications

Excellent Organizational Skills and the ability to multi-task
Ability to manage time and prioritize work assignments
Ability to function independently after training to complete assignments
Ability to pay attention to fine details
Must be passionate about providing an exemplary customer experience
Proficiency with Mac Applications and Microsoft Suite
E-commerce shipping software experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills with colleagues
