Global Director, Sales Development
We are looking for a dynamic, performance fueled, A-player with outstanding communications and leadership skills to manage, motivate, and scale a team of highly driven and enthusiastic global sales development managers and their teams. The Global Director, Sales Development will be required to build a winning strategy, set goals, and measure performance against weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives.
Global Director, Sales Development Responsibilities:
• Direct a team of managers who are responsible for strategic business development planning that leads to pipeline growth
• Meet regularly with key stakeholders, reporting on team results and leading conversations about business direction, ensuring success and delivering successfully
• Provide feedback and recommendations on marketing efforts from real-world interactions with prospects and customers.
• Retain a culture of agility and speed while growing the focus on metrics, measurement, and building for scale
• Provide ongoing mentoring and development of the front-line managers and their direct reports.
• Work with our enablement teams to ensure the appropriate training needs are flagged and executed on
• Consistently monitor productivity by building CRM dashboards and reports.
• Standardize and optimize processes, metrics, and skills requirements
Qualifications
• Experience hiring, developing, and scaling inside sales/sales development teams globally
• A real passion for training SDRs/BDRs in their early career, with a proven track record of building a motivated, inclusive working environment
• Extensive experience in sales, and considerable SaaS software experience
• A proven record of 100%+of quota achievement as an individual contributor
• Able to thrive in a startup environment
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with customer-facing and back-office teams
• Excellent communication and listening skills
