The Proposal Professional works with North America strategic and national sales teams across multiple lines of business to develop and deliver high quality, compliant bids. Responsible for complete project management of the proposal bid process. This process includes identifying stakeholders, setting schedules and project plans, engaging subject matter experts, and crafting standard solutions. Advises sales teams on best practices and continually improves client facing messaging across ManpowerGroup brands.
End-to-end project management of the proposal process, from assignment to delivery:
• Schedule kick-off and follow-up calls
• Develop and manage professional and branded proposal documents
• Locate and customize standard, basic content from library
• Manage delivery, whether uploading in online tool or coordinate hardcopy production and delivery
• Use industry-standard proposal tools and methods (Shipley, APMP)
• High level of proficiency reading and writing bids in English
• Participate in department meetings
• Track time and SLAs accurately
Qualifications
• Minimum of one year of English professional writing experience required
• Minimum of one year business experience including knowledge of business processes
• Minimum of one year proposal management experience
• Bachelor’s degree English, communication, marketing or business is preferred but not required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google drive apps
• Staffing industry knowledge is a plus
• APMP and/or Shipley training highly desired
