Core Responsibilities

Responsible for data entry into computer systems such as EZVMS and Autoease Systems.
Responsible for the reconciliation and filing of invoices as required.
Responsible for the collection and compiling information necessary to maintain and create monthly reports such as Fleet Availability, Staff Notes and Corporate Statistics.
Responsible for researching system information, validation, while maintaining accurate and timely records.
Operate all necessary office equipment required to perform this function (fax, copier, telephone, and computer).
Perform duties in accordance with Company safety rules and good housekeeping practices.

Required Education/Experience

High School Diploma/GED

Required Work Experience

Must be in sound physical condition. Required
Must be capable of learning computer systems data entry work and operation of all office equipment. Required
Must possess the qualities of neatness, cleanliness, and orderliness in work and in person. Required
Must be capable of working harmoniously with others. Required
Employees hired into the positions shall not be eligible to apply to fill any vacancy outside of their occupational group for a period of eighteen (18) months.
