Responsibilities:
Install safety equipment, ground foundations, roof attachments, and other components in adherence with company safety policies, training requirements, and construction plans
Work with Lead to layout safety systems and solar electric system components
Perform general worksite housekeeping including sweeping, cleaning, picking up debris and materials
Communicate to the Lead and/ or Construction Manager potential problems encountered during construction that would affect the schedule or require added materials to be procured
Preferred Job Qualifications:
General construction and/or mechanical knowledge
Knowledge of how to use hand and power tools
Working Conditions
Position require 75% overnight travel and working outdoors in a wide variety of conditions and at elevation.

Heavy physical effort (usually lifting/moving up to 50 lbs individually, up to 100 lbs with another worker)
Working in various positions including but not limited to stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, crawling, crouching, and squatting, for extended periods of time
