WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

In this role you will be the marketing voice in cross-functional strategic alignment. You will own our Territory Marketing strategy related to story and investment prioritization. You will also lead the Marketing plan development process.

-  Design and implement ongoing Qual focused consumer insights programs in key CaSA cities.

-  Own long term (3yr) to short term (seasonal) Brand Architecture/Marketing Planner. Provide strategic guidance to CaSA and City teams acting as the Brand Marketing voice in x-functional alignment meetings and owning Marketing led gates through the planning process.

-  Lead ODC (Marketing Budget) planning with strategic guidance, structured process and coordination with the Finance team.

-  Develop, implement and run our Marketing operational process, partnering with the Marketing team and other stakeholders across the organization.

-  Foster individual growth for City Brand Planning talent.

-  Build a culture of collaboration, and a test and learn culture defined by curiosity, positive spirit and collective support among teammates.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will report directly to the CaSA Marketing Director and be a core member of the CaSA Brand Marketing team, leading all aspects of the End-to-End Process for this team.

You’ll work with all marketing functions, partnering closely with Brand Management and Consumer Direct Marketing in particular to inform our marketing plans. You will engage consistently with your functional counterparts on other teams to share information and ensure both process and strategic continuity. You will also represent Marketing in planning meetings with business functions, aligning on strategic decisions that will drive brand and business. 


WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
-  Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 6 years directly relevant work experience.

-  Combination of Brand Marketing strategic sensibility and Discernment.

-  Process orientation, with the resourcefulness to navigate ambiguity and change.

-  Ability to take ownership and garner support within the organization.

-  Strong leadership skills and collaborative problem-solving approach.

-  Dedication and ability to develop talent within the function.

-  Familiarity with Keynote, AirTable, PPT, Excel.
