The Business Development Team is responsible for creating and managing relationships with strategic partners that support Coinbase’s business objectives. We’re looking for a Manager, Business Development who will create and manage strategic partnerships that support Coinbase’s retail growth efforts.
What you’ll be doing:
Develop and apply your insights to identify impactful partnership opportunities for Coinbase
Lead deal initiatives, determining the right approach, sizing and scoping the opportunities, identifying risks and ways to mitigate them, and driving the plan for execution
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as a thought partner for product leaders on ways to create great experiences for Coinbase customers through partnerships
Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations and others in the crypto ecosystem
Contribute to the broader success of the team by refining processes, mentoring more junior team members and helping recruit awesome talent

You have significant deal experience in tech or financial services
