YOUR ROLE:
As part of our team, this individual will perform various finance responsibilities in accordance with established deadlines. Duties associated with this position are as follows:
Processing vendor invoices for payment in SAP
Communicate with vendors on invoicing issues
Creation and release of service entries in SAP
Weekly Payroll time and attendance review and submission
Prepare journal entries, assist with month end close process, and month end reporting
Assist with taking of physical inventories
Assist in budget/forecast process for assigned departments
YOUR PROFILE:
Minimum Qualifications: Two-year Accounting degree, excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal), proven team player, prepared to take initiative and perform a variety of duties, excellent computer skills, Proficient in Excel (running and creating functions, pivot tables, and charts, and ability to handle multi tasks and flexibility to adjust to change.)
Preferred Qualifications: Five years accounts payable experience, Pennsylvania Sales Tax knowledge and SAP experience.
