Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Handle customer requests: communicate technical information to customers, contractors and crews for new services. Calculate billing adjustments and support field personnel.
Use gathered data to design underground gas service lines in WIMIS.
Process work requests: process paperwork, process billings. Obtain additional information and forward to appropriate parties. Communicate with various parties in job planning.
Effectively utilize specialized computer applications dealing with customer billing. Prepare correspondence as required, perform credit and collection work balancing customer satisfaction with company policy.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or HSED
3+ years of customer service, billing and spreadsheet creation for monitoring processes experience
Preferred Qualifications
Underground gas design knowledge
