Designs, develops, and implements methods, processes and systems to consolidate and analyze diverse data sets including structured and unstructured. Develops software programs, algorithms, dashboards, information tools, and queries to clean, model, integrate and evaluate datasets. Keeps abreast of new analytic methodologies and technologies. Collaborates with functional business units to drive business solutions and direction. Develops, inspects, mines, transforms, and models data to raise productivity, improve decision making, and gain competitive advantage. Conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis on data and information to ensure correct predictive forecasting and classification. Manages all aspects of end-to-end data processing utilizing customized report building functions of systems. Maintains analytical systems, verifies the accuracy of data, and acts as a liaison between divisions.
The Data Analyst 3 will design and develop diversity workforce management programs. Diversity workforce management duties include:
Developing and/or modifying a diversity plan that supports the organizations business objectives; developing and implementing programs consistent with the goals and objectives of the company diversity plan
Conducting human resources reviews to reveal any barriers to valuing and managing diversity inherent in the system; designing and implementing appropriate training programs.

Primary Responsibilities:
Act as a conduit between company and outside consultants for all data sets including internal audits and AAPs.
Gather, organize and synthesize data from multiple sources in order to narrate findings and share factual, statistical analyses.
Comprehensive data and statistics manipulation abilities that allow a confident transformation of data while maintaining its integrity using multiple reporting and data tools.
Serve as a liaison with other areas of HR to develop methodology and action plans regarding goal structures.
Develop leadership-ready PowerPoint presentations, policy memos, briefs, reports, strategy documents and other products drawing from documentation and research work.
Assist in the design and writing of materials for NNS publication including training and notices.
Contribute content knowledge in the EEO arena regarding research findings, new data techniques as well as federal and state legal changes.
Organize, prioritize and process large volumes of work under tight deadlines.
