ERP System Engineer – Customer Service & Traffic Domain
Get Inspired by the Work You’ll Do
Analyze moderately complex business problems and processes
Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, documenting and developing systems and procedures that meet user requirements
Configure system settings and options; plan and execute acceptance testing; and create specifications for systems
Design details of automated systems
Collaborate with others in our Business Operations group and IT Development Group on system development
May act as a lead on cross-functional projects to address business or system issue
Your passion is sparked by:
Bachelor Degree in computer science related major
Working knowledge of a particular technology field or business plus proven experience working on problems of moderate scope
Solid business communication and document writing skills plus demonstrated good judgment in defining procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
Ability to work with offshore teams
Knowledge of SQL (Sybase/MySQL), Java, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML5 and JSON/XML considered an asset
Experience with cross-platform development Windows/Linux
Experience on ERP subsystem to manage customer service & traffic process is highly desired
Fluency in English & Chinese is highly preferred
