Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have:

Requires a Master’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field or equivalent, and three (3) years of experience designing and implementing systematic strategies to capture specific market factors for a financial services company.

Requires experience with the below skills/tools:

Prior experience must include three (3) years of interfacing with analytics, risk, data and other platform teams to drive process improvement and contribute to overall systems, investment and trading process enhancements; utilizing academic-level research in economics including equities, fixed income, currencies, and commodities; improving existing factor models including cross-asset carry, value, and momentum strategies; conducting research and backtests through machine learning and econometric tools to transform data into investable indices; conducting  quantitative research on rules-based, multi-asset, long/short investment strategies to harness returns across value, carry, momentum and other investment style factors; and utilizing programming tools including R and Python
