Partner with the best

As BHC3.ai Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the successful, end-to-end delivery of this important business transformation joint venture.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Ensuring successful, end-to-end delivery Sales Pipeline through Deal Machine

Managing internal promotions, workshops and webinars to product companies and key account organization.

Managing readiness and certifications across a global team.

Automating using MS Teams, MS workflows, AirTable and the latest SaaS tools available to leading cloud companies. Experience with Tableau a plus.

Partnering with C3.ai to drive engagement and alignment across this very important joint venture.

Driving a weekly reporting cadence with amazing management support, coaching and stewardship

Constantly updating, improving live reports so we move from data to insights to wisdom.

Communicating solutions across the function and with cross-functional partner organizations.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Commercial or Program Management.

Knowledge of Deal Machine, Salesforce.com or established Cloud CRM.

Clear understanding how to use MS Teams, Shared documents and Automation.

A thirst for knowledge and a desire for everyday to be different while owning our economical but rigorous weekly and monthly cadence.

Ability to convince others to new ways of work.
