Job Summary:

The Operations Financial Analyst will support the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. This position will provide financial guidance to the ISC team, which includes financial analysis, manpower and material forecasting, identifying risks and establishing mitigation plans, and providing recommendations to management.

Responsibilities: 

• Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis as needed for Vice President of ISC, Director of Finance, ISC Directors, and Cost Account Managers (CAMs).

• Providing management with estimates at complete (EAC) for assigned product line(s): Touch Labor, Support Labor, and Material.

• Assist ISC with forecasting material and manufacturing base, capital forecasting and forecasting headcount needs for all areas of ISC.

• Run monthly and weekly metrics for ISC including: Direct Working Indirect (DWI), MOT vs. actual direct charges, purchase price variances, actual material purchases vs. proposed budget variances, collecting and developing hours per unit metrics for manufacturing.

• Support internal and external audits pertaining to the program financials and the manufacturing process.

• Assist ISC with finance related decisions and analysis while ensuring compliance. This includes evaluating Capital Projects, Make/Buy Decisions, calculating Cost Benefit Analysis, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Net Present Value (NPV) of projects.

• Assist ISC with developing and monitoring overhead budgets, approving overhead requisitions including bulk purchases, reviewing bulk inventory reserve and cycle count adjustments.

• Provide guidance to management and assisting with ideas to minimize overhead costs, improve processes and increase efficiency across all aspects of ISC.
