The Senior Program Manager, HR Employee Capability will support talent initiatives and programs for Corporate/Shared Services functions. The position ensures that HR talent programs and core HR talent events are deployed effectively, and that the HR generalists supporting Corporate/Shared Services functions have the required information and training for implementation, as well as to ensure that requests for the Corporate/Shared Services functions are coordinated and supported. This role reports to the Director, Global Employee Capability-Executive Development and serves as a liaison and voice between the global Employee Capability Centers of Excellence (COE) and the Corporate/Shared Services HR Directors. Lastly, the individual in this role should have experience using technology platforms that support the process and administration of talent transactions, such as talent reviews, development planning, assessments, data reporting and analysis, etc.
What You'll Be Doing:
Serve as a resource and consultant to other COE teams, the HR business partner community and business managers regarding talent development needs and assist in prioritizing and coordinating requests.
Co-lead annual talent/succession reviews for Corporate/Shared Services functions in partnership with HR Directors.
Co-design robust development plans with senior leaders.
Support requests for identification of HiPo talent for internal and external development programs.
Evaluate and support program best practices to ensure there is global knowledge sharing and consistency.
Measure program results, conduct data analysis, and present findings to assess if we, human resources and the corporate groups, are achieving identified program/business goals.
Use technology platforms to support administration and data. analysis/requests for activities related to talent management, employee development, etc.
Identify and manage relationships with external vendors that can support Corporate/Shared Services requests for development and/or training (i.e., coaching requests, assessments, etc.).
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 10-12 years supporting talent initiatives, programs, and methodologies. Experience collaborating with HR generalists.
Interpersonal and influencing skills to effectively partner and collaborate across geographies, functions, and levels with a global mindset.
Organizational and project management skills to effectively balance competing priorities while adhering to specific deadlines.
Systems thinker with the ability to understand how to design workflows and understand all downstream impacts of decisions and approaches.
Critical thinking and analytical skills to include the ability to spot and summarize trends in data as well as conduct needs analysis.
Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as communications and knowledge management tools such as SharePoint.
Proficient in technology applications (Workday) that support the process/administration of talent transactions, such as training, performance evaluations, talent reviews, data analysis and reporting, etc.
