Responsibilities
Plan and Execute on lead generation - from top of funnel, through MQL to SQL, you will be the primary driver of our growth engine. Your success in this job will set the growth trajectory of our company.
Building and executing a strategy to gather high quality top of funnel leads. This strategy will enable and extend every aspect of demand generation channels from organic/paid search, email marketing, digital advertising, content syndication, virtual events, corporate events, and nurturing campaigns.
Create campaigns based on our segments and use cases, and intelligently mine our content library to support prospect engagement and education.
Build impactful nurture programs that align with the customer journey to move leads down the funnel, improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities, and influence the pipeline.
Work cross-team to improve landing page performance, website optimizations, email campaigns, paid campaigns, inbound marketing efforts, and reporting.
Develop a strategy and implement activities for account-based programs that activate and engage target accounts through creative, personalized, and multichannel programs.
Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline and revenue, and make corresponding spend recommendations.
Track the market for trends, benchmarks, opportunities, best practices, tools/platforms, and use that information to make recommendations
Work with revenue ops to leverage our marketing automation (Hubspot) to provide the best experiences for our various segments and target audiences.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with demonstrated experience generating pipeline from the large enterprise.
Proven track record of delivering results - to be clear, we will expect you to be able to explain, in detail, the campaigns you’ve built, the results they’ve generated, and the lessons you’ve learned along the way - and then replicate and build on prior successes.
Strong analytical skills and experience navigating messy data.
Collaborative approach to working across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
High level of ownership and accountability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in Hubspot, Salesforce and Google Analytics is required.
BA/BS degree.
