Business Systems Analyst - Finance Domain

We are looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment with responsibilities that include proven analytical skills focused on analyzing business problems with automated systems and providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.

You will work in a small team on cutting edge digital transformation projects. You will attend meeting with technical product manager and business team and provide system solutions to business problems. You will document your design of the solution and work with development team to implement and test the programs. You will also expect to support for production issues and work with development to fix program bugs.

Analyze moderately complex business problems

Identify, evaluate and develop systems and procedures that meet user requirements

Configure system settings and options; plan and execute acceptance testing; create specifications for systems

Application system design, coding, testing, debugging, installing, and routine maintenance.

Resolve any problems on a daily basis. 

Your passion is sparked by:

BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent fields.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field or related area.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sybase and MySQL database servers.
Proven experience in overseeing and executing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
Experience with web frameworks and web technologies (JavaScript, AJAX, HTML5, and JSON/XML).
Experience with version control tools and methods.
Experience with cross-platform development Windows/Linux.
3+ years experience on ERP subsystem like Finance related system is highly desired.
Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred.
Familiarity with Web Servers.
Familiarity with Micro-services architectures.
Strong experience in data structures/algorithms/distributed systems.
Be skilled in Java, SQL, Sybase & MySQL.
Proficiency with optimization techniques.
Thorough understanding of software development life cycle.
Have strong business communication skill, able to work in a dynamic and diverse working environment and multi-tasking.
Should have ability to work independently.
Technical skills required to assess business requirements and convert requirements to technical specification
Business requirement and priority management and release management
Track record to deliver multiple SW releases with quality
Production issue troubleshooting skills
System integration/migration experience is a plus
Supply chain B2B domain knowledge is a plus
Must constantly be available to work during non-standard business hours and weekends to fix any application or production issues.
